As an orthodontist in San Diego and Escondido, I highly recommend Lee Baker of Eclipse IT Security for the evaluation and problem solving of any IT issues in the business environment. I was referred to Lee by Carestream Dental (the company behind Orthotrac, the practice management software we use) when my panoramic/cephalometric x-ray machine needed to be brought back to life from a fried circuit board. Having solved that problem quickly and successfully, Lee was the first person I called when one of my servers was taken down by a ransomware virus. Lee came on site and got us back up and running even though he was technically on vacation. Next, Lee and his team installed a new more secure replacement server and coordinated the migration of data from the old server and the installation of Orthotrac software with Carestream (no easy task). Then Lee and his team analyzed all of the remaining weaknesses in the computer networks in both of my offices and we came up with a comprehensive plan to replace the server in my other office and every workstation in both offices. This turned out to be a monumental task, but Lee and his team was excellent at solving problems as they arose and coordinating, communicating and cooperating with the Carestream techs to get the project completed successfully. I have full confidence in Lee and his team and have placed a shortcut to Eclipse IT Security on the bookmarks bar of every internet browser in my offices just in case we need to have Lee log on to help us solve future problems.

Before we hired Eclipse IT our employees were constantly dealing with computer issues and it would take hours to get a tech out to try and fix the problem leaving us unable to carry on with business. After moving to Eclipse IT, they helped us update our equipment, made sure all our information is backed up and protected. They have set up our equipment up, so they can log in remotely and fix any problem that may come up. Although it rarely happens anymore. No more panicking when computer issues arise. Although I miss speaking with my "IT boys" I am really enjoying the peace of mind that comes with Eclipse IT!
